Data Analyst

Axe Consultancy is looking for a Data Analyst to interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and help drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present findings.
• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business strategies.
• Optimize and automate data processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Understanding of machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
