1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Services

  • Most services on SimpleHire, including but not limited to premium job postings, featured listings, and subscription plans, are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

1.2 Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
    • Technical Issues: If a technical error on our platform prevents you from using a paid service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
    • Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service.
    • Service Unavailability: If a paid service becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

 

 

2. Requesting a Refund

2.1 Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within  15 days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

2.3 Refund Processing

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind about a purchase.
  • If you fail to achieve desired results (e.g., not finding a candidate or job through a paid service).
  • If the service was used or partially used (e.g., a job posting was live for a portion of its duration).
  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period.

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking such actions.
