Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should have expertise in WordPress customization, theme and plugin development, website optimization, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to create seamless and responsive websites that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on business needs.
• Design and implement responsive website themes and templates.
• Develop and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Optimize website speed, security, and overall performance.
• Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and follow best practices for performance.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and eCommerce solutions (WooCommerce).
• Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Work with designers, marketers, and content teams to align website features with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with theme development, customization, and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, Elementor, Divi, or other page builders.
• Knowledge of cPanel, FTP, hosting environments, and website migration.
• Experience with REST API integration and third-party plugins.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of React or Vue.js for advanced front-end development.
• Experience with headless WordPress and JAMstack.
• Familiarity with website security best practices.
• Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing.
