P3 is an independent and international consulting company, that offers consulting and engineering services, as well as software development for numerous customers. Since its founding in 1996 in Aachen, Germany, P3 always found new branches and has over 1000 employees in 17 locations. We are organized in locations and expertises, which is why our offices are close to our customers. The expertises are directed to our customers current needs and their branches. We focus on the automotive industry and the energy sector. Other branches like traffic and transport are also part of our portfolio. With our expertises, we are active across branches. Especially the transformation through digitalization, transformation of organizations towards agile methods or the area cost and quality are core requirements of our customers. P3 develops individual strategies for these customers, to push new ideas, projects and innovations together. We live an end-to-end approach, that shows with our business in the field of Smart Services: From ideation to business model conception, the development and piloting of MVPs, to the implementation and hedging of the serial product, as well as the final implementation into the market, we accompany our customers closely. The particularity of our consulting approach lays within our employees. Since the founding, P3ers are curious, adventuresome and work with a researcher spirit. As our consultants take responsibility for project results towards our customers very early and we encourage individual responsibility with a very flat hierarchy, we reach a high liability and an above average quality awareness in our projects. This acquisition of responsibility leads to a maker culture and shows itself in our company growth: Every year we found new entities with and with the help of P3 consultants, that develop their topics as subsidies.
