Job Description:

Briobella is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in HR functions, ensuring smooth business operations and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling HR functions for e-commerce or retail businesses.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
