Job Description:

Altered Carbon is seeking a motivated HR Executive to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company culture.
  • Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and manage performance evaluations.
  • Organize training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in tech-driven or fast-paced industries.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement strategies.
