Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update office records, policies, and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and supplies.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll or benefits administration.
Monitor and manage office expenses, budget tracking, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations.
