Photographer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to capture high-quality images for various projects, including events, portraits, products, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work in diverse environments. This role requires technical expertise in photography equipment, lighting, and editing software, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

Capture high-quality images for assignments such as events, portraits, products, landscapes, or commercial campaigns.

Set up and adjust lighting, backgrounds, and equipment to achieve desired results.

Direct subjects and collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized.

Editing and Post-Production:

Edit and retouch photos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.

Ensure images meet quality standards and align with client or brand guidelines.

Organize and maintain a digital library of photos for easy access and retrieval.

Client Interaction:

Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.

Present photo proofs and make adjustments based on client feedback.

Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.

Equipment Maintenance:

Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.

Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and technology.

Project Management:

Plan and execute photo shoots, including scouting locations, coordinating schedules, and arranging props or models.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio.

Experience in specific photography niches (e.g., weddings, fashion, product, real estate) is a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and photography equipment.

Advanced knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
