Sales Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Address customer questions and objections effectively to build trust and confidence.
Sales Closing:
Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or commit to a service.
Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Process orders and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress toward targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve strategies.
