Expereince in managing the lifecycle of the AppDynamics Project Client Relationships Expeience in support requirements on dynamically changing operational standards, procedures, measurements, tools and technology in conjunction with the customer Customer Leadership Service support Troubleshooting Vendor Management Business Application Engagement & Management. Role: Managing multiple simultaneous tasks, client relationships, and expectations Responsible for the overall performance to target service levels for the AppDynamics Project and underpinning technical services Escalates exceptions to senior management as appropriate Manage internal improvement projects to implement new technology and process improvement, ensuring compatibility and integration with other services Responsible to Communicate new procedures and best working practices and changes to internal standards, processes, procedures and technology Co-ordinates and sets annual service requirements, objectives and targets for the Project and underpinning technical services in conjunction with technology service owners Responsible to run the weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly reviews with Customer leadership Attends appropriate senior management level service support and development reviews as appropriate Provide Support on Troubleshooting using AppD on critical Outages and engage Vendor as appropriate Vendor Management: Responsible to drive the weekly AppD Tech Meets & Reviews Responsible to escalate issues appropriately with the Vendor Responsible to Create Support Tickets and Uploading dumps for analysis Responsible to drive new initiatives by the Customer which requires Vendor intervention Business Application Engagement & Management: Setting up meetings with businesses on demoing AppD features and capabilities Responsible to drive new product POC's with application teams and Setting up follow up meets on pending items and next steps Work with Businesses and Identify required training needs Responsible to help application teams adopt to AppDynamics and their success.
