Job RequirementFacilitate project planning , costing , scheduling & execution. Direct and manage single and multiple project developments from beginning to end. Develop work breakdown structure , project summary schedule , BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) , project control schedule and construction schedule and checking BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for all kind of civil & interior projects with respect to the drawings issued on site for construction. Draft and submit budget proposals , and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Selection & appointment of vendors & contractors for new projects & managing old ones.
