Openings for Manager SAP COPA Implementation. Our Client is is an AngloDutch multinational consumer goods company. Its products include foods, beverages, cleaning agents and personal care products. It is the world's third-largest consumer goods company measured by 2011 revenues (after Procter & Gamble and Nestl) and the world's largest manufacturer of ice cream. Client owns over 400 brands, although its 25 largest brands account for over 70% of total sales.. It is a dual-listed company consisting of our N.V., based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and client PLC, based in London, United Kingdom. Both companies have the same directors and they operate as a single business. our client is organised into three main global divisions - Foods, Home Care, and Personal Care Job description: 1. Liaise with key stakeholders and manage Stakeholders expectations. Stakeholders would be at the level Vice President & Directors. There are currently 27 Director level personnel at the Enterprise Technology Centre, Bangalore. 2. Drive agenda for weekly status meetings independently. 3. Make presentations re status update of the harmonization projects. Skill set required: 1. Good hands-on exposure to implementation of SAP-COPA. Consultant should have managed at least 3-4 SAP COPA end-to-end implementations globally. 2. Good project management skills with experience in leading process transformation projects which includes the following a. Liaise with business and understand the business requirement b. Preparing project plans, c. Coordination with IT teams in explaining the business decisions. d. Coordinate with business users in UAT and PGLS e. Ensure projects are delivered on time f. Provide regular status updates to stake holders. 3. Team leading experience. 4. Ability to manage a large program. 5. Dynamic & Flexible and able to work till 8 pm connecting with International offices. 6. Excellent communication skills. Experience :- 8-12 years. No of Roles :- 1 Qualification & Attributes Chartered Accountant/CPA would be an added plus but not a must. PMP/ Prince 2 Certification is an added advantage.
