Ideally, someone who has a proven track record in managing a successful analytics delivery organization. span> span> li> Experienced in a managing team of at least 5-6 people at various levels. span> span> li> Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects delivered to tight deadlines span> span> li> Willingness to occasionally adjust schedule to overlap with other geographies like Latin America and North America. span> span> li> Willingness to work in an internal client environment, with very limited interaction with external clients.
