Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection. Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback Supervised time management (weekly) Proper usage of IT Tools Candidate database upkeep and reporting 3. Team Management: Responsible to lead his team. Responsible for overall productivity of the team. Retention, Development and Career planning of the team. Incentives, Reward, Recognition, evaluation and training the team. Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals. Inducting new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve 4. Market Intelligence In-depth knowledge and understanding of market /industry trends. Build plan for workforce supply and demand Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment) 5.
