Job Description : Job Holder is Responsible for: - Ensuring Maximum uptime of all critical equipment through prompt service backup. Upkeep of Plant & Machinery , Automated assembly lines , Robotic welding lines , Utilities , Paint shop , Pretreatment systems - Developing preventive maintenance plans , annual schedules , and leading a team of technicians to execute the maintenance plans within prescribed time frames - Spares Management - Planning Major equipment overhaul / upgradation / Modification activities and budget estimation. - Driving TPM culture and actively participating in TPM-s Planned Maintenance pillar activities - Driving , monitoring and control of Green initiatives in the plant , Coordinating with central MSG committee for reporting plant-s performance - Budgeting for Green initiatives and managing MSG projects for timely completion - Maintaining high levels of safety performance , Housekeeping , 1S / 2S activities , and driving a team of technicians to ensure zero accidents with zero loss to humans or plant & machinery through proper training , awareness campaigns , discipline , engineering controls etc. - Maintaining legal and statutory records for the plant and aiding safety cell in obtaining periodic approvals , re-certifications , consents from Govt.
