Exciting Sales Manager role with an upcoming startup in education sector Designation: Sales Manager Eligibility: Any Graduate Experience: 1-2 Years Salary: 3.5LPA Job Responsibilities: The sales manager would be responsible for overall business growth in all metro cities (to begin with) and drive the P&L for all service categories. One of the major responsibilities of this role would be to create and plan the short and long term strategy for different cities and take charge of executing it on the ground along with the sales team. Manage the sales team. The Sales manager would have to coordinate with all functions like sales and marketing, channel management, operations to achieve the desired results and targets. He would be required to ensure smooth running of business which requires end-to-end ownership of each and every process, function and people and own the progress of our brand.
