Job Description Assist Food & beverage Manager with day to day operations Responsible for all areas of the food & beverage operations Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service Responsible for food hygiene, and health and safety issues Responsible to assist in menu planning, development and meal specials Responsible for food quality, and presentation Ensure the food & beverage operations are properly staffed with trained competent individuals Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customers Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products Desired Candidates profile Professionals with 4-6 yrs exp. in 200 Room Inventory, 3-6 F&B Outlets and Banquet F&B Operations exposure especially in 5 * Hotel property with decent banqueting exposure.
