Follow up & go through reports from the sales team, tracking and monitoring across all 4 English channels (Star Movies, Star World, NGC,FHE) to point out anomalies to be focused. Go through Projection Trackers, Sales Trackers on a weekly basis. Point out shortfalls and gaps in projections region wise to take corrective action. Monitor and track shortfalls on key impact properties for the month so that we sell all properties across channels. Point out unsold inventory on impact closer to on-air date to take corrective action. Go through fill level and ASR data from traffic reports and point out if we are wrongly pricing certain bands to improve fills or improve revenue.
