Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing data entry, document processing, and record maintenance.
  • Updating and maintaining client databases with accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Supporting HR tasks, including employee documentation and onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in back-office operations is advantageous.
