Short Description BRM Lead Consultant_5 to 8 Years_Mumbai Specification / Skills / Experience The IT Business Relationship Lead consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic interface with assigned areas of the business for the purpose of business - IT strategy development, solution discovery, and relationship, demand, risk management. 5 Years experience in leading IT projects (Senior Consultant) Serve as the relationship linkage between the business and IT along with Business Relationship Managers Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) reference model. Knowledge on SharePoint administration, Contact Management and other CRM tools Required knowledge on Excel, Office 365 and PowerPoint Exhibits a high tolerance for change and ability to manage it effectively Communicate ideas in both technical and business language Effectively interact with all levels of organization team Effectively prioritize issues and projects Work independently with a strong sense of accountability Effectively analyze Business and Client needs and develop a corresponding business plan Builds and maintains effective and trusting business relationships with both external and internal stakeholder s agreements for compliance deliverables for IT. Ensure customer demands align with IT strategy and IT guiding principles Eliminate projects that are not aligned with the IT strategy, have weak business benefits or are duplicate solutions to existing enterprise software portfolio Ensure solutions aligned with and support architecture standards.
