Analyze the requirements and guide development team by providing insight into each functionality in Health insurance enrollment and billing areas (quoting, enrollment, invoicing, payment processes, broker / agent management, and commissions) . 2) Gather functional and nonfunctional requirements and document the requirement specifications. 3) Act as a liaison between the development team and management / business development teams. 4) Applying knowledge of Health insurance Payerrsquos business processes and US Healthcare industry standards 5) Development of test plans, test cases and documentation. 6) Perform periodic reviews on the developed product and provide feedback 7) Developing process flow and data flow documentation 8) Develop screen mock- ups and review the usability of the application 9) Prepare user manuals 10) Provide training to the teams on US Health insurance payer system.
