Responsibilities / Key Result Areas Create and execute the channel strategy in line with business objectives Motivate, train and manage the channel to deliver revenues and growth Design and structure products, support materials and co laterals as required to help the channel to deliver Work closely with Business Units to ensure sales and reach Help set up base for growth including working on online systems, contracts and documentation and other aspects to ensure a strong and solid foundation experience of Channel Sales/Management, Distribution, Partnership/Alliances. Travel industry and hospitality will be given a preference. In depth Knowledge of the travel trade, who are key players, how it works, what are the commission structures and incentives etc. are critical for success of this job.
