Outputs and Accountabilities Accountable for defining and delivering of frameworks for Capacity, Performance and Availability Management processes. Accountable for defining procedures and ways of working by working with infrastructure Service Owners to detail general framework into each service and the respective technology as well retaining central ownership of processes To provide guidance on Capacity, Performance or Availability framework, in order to implement affordable and add-value practices to Service Owners and business. Accountable for agreeing with infrastructure Service Owners the implementation of processes and new responsibilities among Service Owners and this role. To ensure affordable and doable Availability, Performance and Capacity Plans are in place and supporting infrastructure Service Owners decisions for services in-scope. To ensure the Capacity process is embedded across Infrastructure services in-scope to support business needs and organic growth. Identify issues and potential risks about Capacity, Performance and Availability of Infrastructure services alerting Service Owners to address those in a consistent manner. To review Capacity metrics, Performance metrics and Availability metrics for infrastructure service in-scope and support Service Owners on defining remediation plans. To anchor the respective practices of Capacity, Performance and Availability enabling services in-scope be able to deliver with the right performance, capacity and availability level Liaise with the processes stakeholders in order to o Resolve issues preventing the correct operation of the each process o Improve the maturity and effectiveness of each process o Get endorsement about service delivered and gain customer satisfaction Competence Requirements Knowledge and Experience Required Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or similar professions Proven experience on ITIL V3 implementation and operation for multinational companies with similar complexity with emphasis in the Capacity Management Process Desirable ITIL OSA Certification Proven expertise on technologies for infrastructure services such as Wintel servers, Networking, data centres and SAP at basis level for complex environments and multinational companies with similar complexity Background and desirable experience on service operation Competent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word and Excel Six Sigma Lean experience is desirable.
