Candidate should be good with communication skill. Well versed with the inbound the outbound of shipment/ operations of warehouse He is responsible for managing the whole centre, Ground Co-ordinator and FEs. He should handle all queries related to attendance, bio-metric, fuel etc. Candidate should aware about basic excel formulas. Quality Check Duty Roaster of FEs Customer escalation, manage team, priority shipments. Will be responsible to manage pick-ups.
