The Content & Quality Assurance Manager is a unique role at Haptik where the person will be responsible for what matters most to the company: chat quality. You will be responsible for ensuring quality of millions of chats across hundreds of chat operators spread across the country. The role is a cross between human resources, instructional design, writing and marketing.
