Job Responsibilities: -Meeting with Corporate, Banks & Travel agents for procuring new business. -To ensure tie-up with Business relationship delivers profitability to the Branch/Company. -To build up and maintain good relations with corporate customers, Banks, FFMCs, Franchisees and Travel agents. -To cross sell other products like Travel Insurance, Calling cards etc. -To ensure/collect the payment from the customer within the approved credit days. -Preparing daily call reports of meeting with clients. -To attend to customers queries/complaints and to resolve the same in co-ordination with the concerned person. -To ensure that all the KYC document of the Business Relationship are collected as per the RBI/ Company AML Guidelines. -To prepare Credit Approval request and obtain approval where credit has to be given to the customers.
