Data Scientist

Poet Robson is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will develop machine learning models, optimize data processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Use data visualization tools to present findings in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of AI and deep learning techniques.
