Role Summary/ Purpose: The Developer Salesforce.com will be responsible for building and implementation of advanced, technical and business process- focused Salesforce.com solutions. The candidate will develop and configure technical solutions including integrations; participate in the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; create code and configurations within platforms to meet specific business needs in an efficient well documented manner. Essential Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, debug, support, analyze, maintain and test new/ existing Salesforce.com functionality which supports internal business units or supporting functions. - Solve advanced/ complex technical issues. - Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment and support. - Work independently to make decisions regarding resolution of issues. - Create clear and concise functional and technical specifications, diagrams, and other documentation - Proactively explore new technologies to improve the development process and optimize solutions delivery to business - Architect, design, prototype, and engineer Salesforce.com capabilities and integrations - Drive Best- in- Class Implementations for ITO and CRM Processes - Responsible for the maintenance of application programs & interfaces; coordinates with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions - Applies standard development procedures and a detailed applications knowledge in area of responsibility to create technical designs driving towards simple, sustainable, and reusable solution Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: Electricals / Switchgears Functional Area: IT Software - Application Programming , Maintenance Role Category:Programming & Design Role:Software Developer Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: B.Tech/B.E.
