HR Analyst (Mumbai) Key Responsibilities Prepare HR-MIS reporting Maintain and updating MIS data To analyse data, perform trend analysis, and identify data discrepancies. Develop ongoing data review strategy, identify data discrepancies and perform data clean-up when needed Trend Analysis (Exit, Growth) Annual Budget Should be aware of statutory compliances i.e. (P.F, ESIC, TDS, P. T.) Maintain Daily MIS (Headcount & Recruitment Tracker). Preparing MIS on Weekly / monthly & quarterly Basis. Submitting monthly MIS of Hiring & Attrition reports.
