Overall responsible for timely IT deliverables to Business. To work constantly towards process automation & ensure cost rationalization. Set performance objectives for IT Team. Ensure training of all Users on Current & New Applications. Perform periodic checks on Hardware/ Software to ensure uninterrupted operations. Evaluate and recommend new technologies/ upgrades, supported by monetary/ performance justification. Procure quotes for hardware from various vendors as per requirement & periodic assessment of IT equipment. Set payment priorities and liaison with Finance team to ensure timely release of payments to Vendors. Conduct periodic application access reviews. Maintain a track on Hardware & Software inventory & allocation as per requirement. Ensure adherence to IT SOP. Continuous interaction with outsourced vendors Exposure of new technology, oracle certified professional Sever maintenance, implementation & training of software, maintaining h/ w s/ w records. Maintain Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft SharePoint.
