Position :Presale Consultant-Fraud Management Location : Bangalore Candidates must have demonstrated experience and competency in the following areas: o 4-5 years working for telecom service providers (fixed, mobile or cable) in an operational capacity with a leading Consultancy or Systems Integrator in a consulting capacity o Prior business and management consulting experience within delivery and sales arena o Approx. 2 years tangible Fraud Management consulting experience o Implementation and integration of Fraud Management solutions (process & tools) o Experienced leading large teams through process flows analysis, root cause analysis, redesign, implementation, and identifying & correcting key control issues o Experience with market leading Fraud Management tools o Ability to work with both Fraud Management technical and business experts o Experience in executing proof of concepts and development of a business case o Experience in working with clients to identifying and define Fraud Management business, technical, and functional requirements o Experience with telecom industry process maps, such as eTOM and ITIL Candidates must have strong writing skills and experience presenting findings and deliverables to senior management Skill!Set!
