Detailed Responsibilities: Client servicing/Account management: Efficiently manage multiple clients of the company in terms of providing responsive service, timely a d quality execution of companyrsquos services by the internal team, meet ROI/performance targets of the client, thereby ensuring client satisfaction, retention and billings growth. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the clients so as to understand their requirements and service them better Brief creative teams and contribute directly to the creative development process Ensure ad budgets are spent productively - work with the digital marketer on the same Ensure social and email activities go as per plan Ensure lead generation (for lead gen clients) and ecommerce conversion (for ecom clients) are as per agreed targets with the client For website clients/projects, ensure that websites are completed in time and with high standards of quality Be responsible for commercial proposals, MOU/contracts (where required), billing and receivables collection Meet Mumbai-based clients as required, and communicate regularly with outstation clients. Business Development: Involved in research for and preparation of proposals for new business Follow-up visits to prospects under discussion Farming inactive clients for business Candidate profile MBA with 3 to 6 years in an agency in similar role Candidate should have worked in similar role for at least 3 to 5 years with a track record.
