Project Risk Management (Systems, Compliance, Organisation Development) div> Job Description div> The incumbent will be a key member of the Khalapur project team. The project has been pre-certified by IGBC at platinum level and involves construction of several industrial plants, buildings and related infrastructure. He / She would be responsible for project planning, designing & deploying management systems & initiatives and managing project risk & compliance, executing and commissioning green-field project of Industrial Township at Khalapur, declared as a Mega Project by Government of Maharashtra. The Incumbent would also be responsible for the following: 1. Working with the internal customers, design consultants and other stakeholders to define the project specifications, budgets, timelines and other deliverables for industrial sheds/ administrative & other buildings and infrastructure. 2. Planning & scheduling construction works, engineering services and related activities for industrial projects in line with customer expectations and highlight issues from time to time. 3. Ensuring project progress on various parameters such as quality, time, cost, etc using selected Project management tools 4. Making sure that tenders & contracts for the works packages are released on time. 5. Ensuring availability of various resources for the project 6. Defining QA/ QC plan and ensuring implementation at project site 7. Identifying, evaluating and deploying I. T. tools, management systems and best practices on the project 8. Managing and mitigating project risk by with appropriate statutory / system compliance and establishing internal control mechanisms 9. Establishing and evaluating Environment, Occupational Health and Safety at the project site to exceed benchmarks 10. Preparing and presenting reports, highlight key risks and periodically update the management 11. Ensuring appropriate project documentation 12. Subordinate development 13.
