The job requires to monitor & manage CRM Operations , trouble shooting, Call Management & field service coordination through a team of Service Managers spread across India of one of the Assigned Zones( East/West/North/South) based at Head office. . Other responsibilities include providing backend support , Ensuring and maintaining MIS and its analysis in order to improve efficiency of the Service delievery by providing effective solution to the field service team. Ensuring customer escalations are effectively resolved within the stipulated TAT & Working towards customer delight.
