Facebooks Marketing Partners Program (FMP) helps agencies and developers build and evolve products and services that make marketing on Facebook easy and effective. The FMP Market Development team exists to ensure the products and services of all FMPs are deployed to their maximum potential. The team leverages these technology partnerships to accelerate Facebooks sales efforts, on a region by region basis. As a Market Development Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to Facebooks sales team, their clients and agencies. The Market Development Manager will foster relationships with the most strategic and potential partners to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook. The role covers India and is goaled on building, developing and scaling partnerships and delivering advertiser and agency success related to all aspects of Facebook marketing in India. The role is based in our Mumbai office. Responsibilities: * Represent the Marketing Partner program and the application of its solutions to key stakeholders throughout the sales organization covering regional, vertical and agency teams Distill and surface market feedback to represent the requirements of the market internally with Global Product Growth and Partner Development teams Work with India Facebook sales teams to solve advertiser challenges, leveraging partner solutions and services Develop a sales enablement strategy to activate the sales teams via content, training and analytics Proactively identify, develop and scale the FMP ecosystem in India Develop a partner identification and development strategy for India Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook marketing products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology Liaise with the Partner teams in the US and EMEA to ensure the optimum mix and combination of partners are present and servicing markets to achieve and contribute significantly to sales objectives Track KPIs of FMP penetration and performance in direct clients and agencies Identify and translate local market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative developer partner ecosystem Liaise with the FMP Program Management team on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication Liaise with the FMP Marketing team and the in-market marketing team on region-specific Marcom activity Requirements: * 9+ years of experience Entrepreneurial, self-starter and able to function independently, while working with a Global team Proven client-facing experience in technical sales, business development or partner management in India Deep knowledge of the adtech or marketing technology or Digital Advertising landscape in India A healthy mix of Sales, Business development, consulting and Product Management skills Exceptional written/ oral communication skills and influence abilities Excellent project management and quantitative/ analytical skills Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team is a plus Deep passion for Facebook products, technology, and online marketing ideally direct response or performance marketing Willing to travel extensively within India and outside Industry: Internet Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: Marketing , Advertising , MR , PR , Media Planning Role Category:Marketing Role:Marketing Manager Keyskills business development online marketing marcom product management project management market development analytics consulting Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate PG:MBA/PGDM Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Please refer to the Job description above
