It also assesses the potential of each connection point to deliver a brands specific communications strategy. When used in combination with cost informa­tion, this helps make better media con­nection choices for future campaigns. span> span> span> span> span> li> Media Impact Analysis (MIA): strong> span> span> span> Media Impact looks at the impact of recognised media exposure on branded memorability and key messaging. span> span> span> li> It can be used to provide directional guidance on relative media allocations (up, down, unchanged) span> span> span> li> ul> li> Cross Media; strong> span> in market evaluation which quantifies and diagnoses the outcomes of communication activities using a range of techniques depending on a clients particular needs and circumstances span> span> Media-specialist elements integrated into existing tracking services span> span> span> li> Specific studies set up outside the tracking space span> span> span> li> Specific studies set up with Dynamic Logic to capture Digital Activities span> span> span> li> Highly sophisticated media-specialist tracking studies span> span> span> li> ul> li> ul> p> Key Responsibilities span> strong> span> span> p> p> 1. span> Work with the MB client service and business development teams to identify and drive span> span> p> cross Media opportunities span> span> span> p> Develop and deliver a business plan to grow revenues from Cross Media span> span> span> li> Provide consultation and analysis on Cross Media projects to ensure design and outputs are contemporary, focused and actionable span> span> span> li> Conduct training and maintain material to support sales and delivery of Cross Media span> span> span> li> ul> p> Operate as a conduit for local CS teams of the 3 offices to generally leverage Regional Media Practice expertise and build their local media business span> span> span> li> ol> Work with MB client services and business development teams to i span> mport and exploit relevant media solutions (as defined by market) span> span> li> Help develop and deliver media solutions for clients/ agencies and help leverage current MB resources to address media issues span> span> span> li> Provide specialist media expertise for MB client service and in response to specific clients needs span> span> span> li> ul> p> 3. Support key India Media Practice capabilities and client opportunities span> span> span> p> Help lead the media relationships with strategically important media-related customers in India; being able to represent all media solutions in general terms span> span> span> li> Provide high level consultancy on Cross Media and MIA projects; this requires learning how to lead and implement the MB Media solution. Whilst local Media Champions will implement studies, they may need extra support in representing the offering to clients, plus understanding and framing the insights span> span> span> li> Help deliver inspiration in the Digital Space so that external perceptions and internal reality is of true expertise in the field span> span> span> li> ul> p> Performance measurement strong> span> span> span> p> p> Performance measurement will be assessed based on objectives above with the following commercial measures included: span> span> span> p> Income will mainly be generated by the various client facing business units of Millward Brown - this is where the most revenue returns can be leveraged.
