Regression test design and UAT Test Planning Reporting and Metrics Develop maintain test automation suite (Selenium RC, SOAP UI or UI Automation) Develop tests that use good object oriented designs domain modeling. Create automation test strategies for functional, non-functional and performance testing of distributed cloud-based applications Setup maintenance of QA environment. Mentor other team members in writing test scripts in Selenium RC Candidate Profile : Desired Profile and Technical Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, communication skills. Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of large-scale automation tests with Selenium/WebDriver with Java Strong knowledge on OO design including design patterns their applicability. Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum. Ability to mentor other test analysts enforce good development practices like encapsulation in authoring tests. Be aware of activity in the open source world. Contributing back to open source is a big plus.
