Your Responsibility Schedule interviews and prepare interview resources Facilitate onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience Coordinate and prepare materials for career fairs and on campus interviews Enter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking system Schedule department meetings Work alongside HR Associates to facilitate new hire orientations/on-boarding procedures Joining formalities and BGV for new hires pre and post joining Candidates and Employee data entries on Salesforce.com Preparing daily walk-in and interview tracker for MIS reports Required Skill * Bachelors degree required * At least 1 year of experience in a similar role required * Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques and familiar working with * Resume management/applicant tracking database systems such as Taleo, Brassing, Greenhouse etc. * Resume sourcing and screening skills preferred * The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team * Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion * Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: HR , Recruitment , Administration , IR Role Category:HR/ Recruitment / IR Role:Recruitment Executive Keyskills Screening Campus Interviews Joining Formalities Onboarding Hiring Interviewing Recruitment HR Sourcing Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
