Role Summary/ Purpose: Project Manager - (SM) Directory Services Operations Required with 8 years of experience with atleast 4 years of experience into Domain Authentication. Essential Responsibilities: Ensuring end to end Implementation of the project with accuracy Accuracy around implementaation of HR system and applications Accuracy around Migration of GE directory " - Assist in creating enterprise- wide Active Directory strategy and design - Define and implement group policies and authentication processes/ web services - Administer Active Directory Services, Federation Services and other authentication technologies - Domain Controller maintenance - Group policy creation and delegation - Authentication system monitoring, incident analysis and assistance/ closure of security auditing finding (s) - AD troubleshooting including logon, replication and group policy - Interface with key system owners (e.g. HRMS, email, workstation, etc.) in order to define the technical methodology (API along with parameters, protocols, configurations, etc.) for integration - Integration with cloud based applications (e.g. HRMS, fraud management, etc.) using federated services for remote authentication - Responsible for adhering to service levels and defining metrics for measuring the same - Serves as the Operations SME on escalation support for ensuring running of configured domain authentication solutions within SLAs - Enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems. - Assure conformance to SBI Cards IT compliance methods, standards & practices & promote their enforcement.
