Minimum of 3+ years experience in IT recruiting for US clients with proven track record in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Developers, Architects, Analysts, and Project Managers etc. Should be a Dynamic leader, expert at, motivating and managing a team of recruiters; Expert Communications at all levels; Good relationship building, time management and interpersonal skills Establish strong working relationships with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline Source, screen and interview potential technical candidates including: phone interviews, and reference checking for current and future positions. Negotiating hiring terms and packages, interacting with HR departments Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with various levels, roles and associated technologies.
