Role Summary/ Purpose: Responsible for understanding functional and product requirements for a complete product for a specific release or multiple concurrent releases; Documents functional requirements, applies agile principles to convert these specifications into stories and work units and then translating them into criteria for acceptable product performance. Essential Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain business/ CoreTech relationships within Region - Understand business & region objectives, drivers and technology focus areas - Partner with business, region leaders and CoreTech product leaders to develop Infrastructure strategy; proactively partner with global team to provide Infrastructure solutions, products and services to match business needs. - Act as the liaison between Business, Region and CoreTech service teams. Manage communications effectively between CoreTech, Corporate CIOs & Businesses within Region. - Advise business teams on technology issues and opportunities; participate in business unit activities such as customer visits, due diligence, and staff meetings to best understand customer needs and foster strong relationships with business leaders in region. - Organize and participate in Infrastructure ops reviews, Project / Work reviews, infrastructure forecasting, and S1/ S2/ Op planning for business - Make proactive proposals to solve for Regional and Business outcomes. Partner with Global teams to determine feasibility (technical, financial, timeline, etc. ) of proposals. - Ensure high customer experience through established infrastructure metrics against SLAs.
