Windows L2 Should have minimum 5-7 years of Windows Administration experience. Should meet all the technical requirements of Windows L2 JD. In addition, should have experience in: Migration or consolidation at domain/forest level Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning for AD Design and Architecture of Active Directory, including DC Placement, Roles assignation, etc Handling Level 3 issues pertaining to AD Replication, DC Restoration, etc would be an added advantage. Data Center management and people management experience would be an added advantage MCSE/MCSE or MCITP in Windows 2000 or above is a must. (1.)
