Imparting Training sessions on Process, Soft skills and Communication Skills for on-Roll and off Roll staff. Conducting Assessments and developing multiple training effectiveness gauging tools and processes Designing of the training module and content on different training conducted for multiple audiences To arrange the yearly course calendar and co-ordinate all activities around the training courses To provide monthly and quarterly training reports and recording training charges. Exposed to training Field Executive & Sr. Executives Behavioral Competencies Motivational speaker & Team Player Excellent relationship building and networking skills High level communicator; both verbal and written Understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to the industry, Outstanding interpersonal and partnering skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.) Internal consulting experience Knowledge of group dynamics and teaming best practices Negotiation and influencing skills Skill Sets Must have both individual awareness and a strong understanding of organizational behavior 1+ years of total experience in Training delivery Logistics/ Airline/ Hospitality/ Retail/ BPO operational experience is preferred Certification in training will be an advantage.
