Performing quality testing for concrete & blocks. 2. Ensure raw material quality so as to minimize variations in produced concrete properties and implement Forward Quality Control for concrete & blocks. 3. Control the quality of concrete & blocks at the time of production and implement Immediate Quality Control effectively. 4. To ensure compliance to the requirements of IMS system and QCI Guidelines and achieve Zero Non-conformance. 5. Analyze concrete cube test results and thus implement Retrospective Quality Control. 6. Handle customer queries and complaints for timely resolution and obtain 100% Customer Satisfaction. 7.
