As a Test Lead your Roles & Responsibilities will be: Take ownership of the test strategies of multiple products Plans and executes product testing projects Manages testing team for effectiveness through a metric based performance dashboard Responsible for training and mentoring of the development team and monitoring their performance throughout the project. Responsible for keeping self and the Testing team updated on latest testing trends.
