Roles & Responsibilities: ITM Administration Install and configure ITM , TEMS, RTEMS, TDW Configuring OS agents, deploying Universal Agents Knowledge of TCR, end point troubleshooting. Working knowledge in AIX / Linux / SunSolaris / UNIX Understanding on DB2/ Oracle database Strong exposure in IBM Tivoli Monitoring Understanding of architecture of ITM, TEMS ( Tivoli Enterprise Management Server), RTEMS ( Remote TEMS), TDW (Tivoli Data Warehouse) Experience in agent troubleshooting Creating Situations ??????????????? Knowledge of scripting(Perl/ Shell) ? Skills Required: ITM 6.x / TEM / Netcool skills with 2- 4 yrs of experience Ability & experience to provide expert level support for ITM / TEM Deployment ITM: Good Knowledge on ITM and TEM Agent Deployment, Experience in setting up and managing TEPS, TEMS, TEMS/ ITM Architecture and TEM gateways. Netcool, omniBus Skill- set is an add on Additional knowledge of Tivoli Netcool suite would be an advantage. Other administration tool like Nagios would be advantage ?
