Experience : 6+ years Preferably from eCommerce Company. - Will be handling a team of 12-13 designers. - Will be reporting to CTO. Role : - As Vice President of Design, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution and management of the product design experience across the portfolio of company products. - This is a key role at company with tremendous responsibility, visibility and influence backed by a strong mandate. The role is suitable for a seasoned leader who has a track record of delivering world class apps, sites and materials. - In this role, you will be the voice of design driving enthusiasm for the user experience in new products and existing product improvements. - You will drive modern, beautiful and functional designs for mobile, desktop and web.
