Relationship Manager for High Net worth Individuals (HNI) of the branch by maintaining good relationship with HNIs which help the branch to achieve HNI segment targets and cross selling targets of Banking Liability, Asset & TPP Products. Portfolio Management by advising their financial asset allocation. Responsible for Wealth Client acquisition through Direct Sales to walk in as well as referrals from existing customers and Portfolio. Review, Activate, Building up of Value, X-sell of other products to Newly Acquired Customers and make them to maintain more than required balance. Responsible to X-sell other Liability, & TPP products to meet the customer requirement, product penetration through ensuring the increase in Customer Life Cycle Period with the Organization. Deepening of Relationship with all newly acquired customers by servicing all requirements within the described TAT to ensure Customer Delight and control Closures of Account. Processing the customer Queries by politely providing solutions also handled issuance of Demand draft, Pay order, and fixed deposit, Transfer Cheque which results in customer delight.
