Duties & Responsibilities: - Designs new web applications, supports applications under development, and customizes current applications. - Researches, writes and edits documentation and technical requirements, including application designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports. - Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills. - Establish and maintain website performance and availability monitoring on a wide array of critical webpages across applications using monitoring solution and internal tools to analyze response time for continuous performance improvement - Understand all functional pieces of the technology ecosystem at a high-level, able to correlate and quickly dissect portions of the ecosystem to isolate performance issues.
